It is not, and must not be construed as, personalised investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

2. No fiduciary relationship

Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, custody or agency relationship between you and ZunBit Technologies Ltd. We are a technology provider. We do not know your full financial situation, your tax position, your liabilities, your dependants or your long-term goals, and we therefore cannot and do not take them into account.

Our drawdown-pause and dual-pool-accounting features are strict operating rules — they are not insurance, not a hedge, and not a guarantee of maximum loss. Pauses halt new activity; they do not neutralise already-opened positions, overnight gaps, broker outages or counterparty failures.

6. Jurisdiction & eligibility

The Service is intended only for users resident in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada. It is not directed at US Persons, residents of sanctioned jurisdictions, or anyone to whom its distribution would be unlawful. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
