1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and ZunBit Technologies Ltd. (“ZunBit AI”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the zunbitai.com website and the ZunBit AI trading-intelligence platform (“Service”). By creating an account, connecting a broker or otherwise using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) are resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland or Canada; (d) are not resident in or a citizen of the United States of America, nor otherwise a US Person for securities-regulation purposes; (e) are not subject to international sanctions enforced by the EU, UK, UN or Canada; and (f) use the Service in compliance with all laws applicable to you.
3. Nature of the Service
ZunBit AI is a technology provider. We publish trading signals, risk analytics and automation tools. We are not a broker, bank, investment advisor, portfolio manager or fiduciary. We do not hold client funds. We do not provide personalised investment advice. All trading decisions remain yours, even where you have authorised the system to execute them automatically.
4. Account registration
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret, enabling two-factor authentication, and immediately notifying us of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts linked to false information or that fail KYC/AML verification.
5. Fees
Our fee structure is published on the Pricing page. The core offering is an 8% success fee on withdrawn trading profit. There is no subscription. Fees may be revised with 30 days’ written notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance.
6. Risk acknowledgement
You acknowledge, confirm and agree that: (a) trading financial instruments carries significant risk of loss, including loss of your entire deposit; (b) past performance is not indicative of future results; (c) AI-generated signals can be wrong and may lose money; (d) the drawdown pause is a safety mechanism, not a guarantee of maximum loss; (e) you are solely responsible for all trades authorised through your account; (f) tax reporting is your sole responsibility.
7. Partner brokers
Trades are executed by third-party brokers you choose. We do not control their execution quality, fees, or availability. Your relationship with the broker is governed by their own terms. We are not liable for broker insolvency, outage or misconduct.
8. Acceptable use
You must not (a) use the Service for market manipulation, insider trading or any illegal activity; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the signal engine; (c) rent, sell or resell signals; (d) share your account; (e) use automated means to access the Service other than our documented API; (f) upload malware; (g) impersonate another person or entity.
9. Intellectual property
All content on zunbitai.com — code, text, graphics, logos, trade marks, signal algorithms and derived outputs — is owned by or licensed to ZunBit Technologies Ltd. and protected by Irish, EU and international copyright, trademark and database rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (brokers, data vendors, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of those third parties.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, fail KYC/AML, present a security or compliance risk, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime and accuracy of signals.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZunBit AI, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, trading opportunities or capital arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees paid by you to ZunBit AI in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ZunBit AI harmless from any claim, loss or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your trading activity, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dublin, Ireland, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence entitle you to invoke local jurisdiction. 16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
