Last updated: 23 October 2026. Version 1.2.
1. Our commitment to copyright
ZunBit Technologies Ltd. respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the ZunBit AI platform to do the same. In accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”) — and comparable rules under the EU Copyright Directive 2019/790, the Irish Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000, and the Canadian Copyright Modernization Act 2012 — we respond promptly to properly-formed takedown notices and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
2. Who to contact (designated agent)
Our designated agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement is:
Copyright Agent — ZunBit Technologies Ltd.
24 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin D02 X064, Ireland
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +353 1 486 6113
3. How to file a DMCA takedown notice
To file a valid notice, send a written communication to our designated agent that includes substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — including the exact URL(s) on zunbitai.com — and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. What happens after a valid notice
- We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- We investigate and, if the claim is on its face valid, remove or disable access to the material within 10 business days.
- We notify the user who posted the material.
- We log the notice as a “strike” against the posting user’s account.
5. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland (or, if you are outside Ireland, of your country of residence).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.
6. Repeat-infringer policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers (three valid notices within 12 months).
7. Misrepresentation warning
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be subject to liability.
8. International considerations
Although the DMCA is a US statute, we accept and action notices from any jurisdiction. We also recognise rights holders’ remedies under Article 17 of the EU Copyright Directive, the Irish Copyright and Related Rights Act, and comparable provisions elsewhere.
9. No legal advice
Nothing on this page is legal advice. If you are considering filing a notice or counter-notice, consult a qualified attorney.
