What this policy covers<\/h2>\n    <p>This Abuse Policy explains what counts as abuse of the ZunBit AI brand, platform or infrastructure \u2014 and how you can report it. We take every report seriously, investigate within 48 hours and act decisively against confirmed abuse.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>2. What we consider abuse<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Impersonation.<\/strong> Fake ZunBit AI accounts on social media, phishing websites that imitate zunbitai.com, or scammers pretending to be ZunBit support agents.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Phishing &amp; fraud.<\/strong> Emails, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram messages purporting to come from ZunBit AI that request passwords, 2FA codes, card details or crypto deposits.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Platform abuse.<\/strong> Market manipulation, wash-trading, insider trading, money-laundering or any attempt to use ZunBit AI to further illegal activity.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Credential sharing.<\/strong> Accounts shared across multiple individuals or sold on secondary markets.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Scraping &amp; reverse-engineering.<\/strong> Automated extraction of signals, model outputs or source code outside of our documented API.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Harassment.<\/strong> Abuse of our support staff, hate speech or threats of violence directed at ZunBit employees or other users.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Spam.<\/strong> Unsolicited bulk messaging, SEO link injection or affiliate stuffing in our public forums.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Content infringement.<\/strong> Copyright, trademark or privacy violations \u2014 see our <a href=\"https:\/\/zunbitai.com\/pt\/dmca-policy\/\">DMCA Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>3. How to report abuse<\/h2>\n    <ol>\n      <li>Email <a href=\"mailto:abuse@zunbitai.com\">abuse@zunbitai.com<\/a> with as much detail as possible: URLs, screenshots, email headers, Telegram handles, dates and times. Please include the string <code>REPORT-ZB-{YYYYMMDD}<\/code> in the subject.<\/li>\n      <li>Encrypted reports: our abuse PGP key is published at <a href=\"https:\/\/zunbitai.com\/pt\/.well-known\/pgp.asc\/\">zunbitai.com\/.well-known\/pgp.asc<\/a>.<\/li>\n      <li>Anonymous reports: use our Tor hidden service at <code>zunbit4abusev3xyz.onion<\/code> (link verifiable in our GitHub security.txt).<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n\n    <h2>4. What happens after you report<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Within 24 hours: an acknowledgement from a human on our Trust &amp; Safety team.<\/li>\n      <li>Within 48 hours: a first assessment and (if confirmed) immediate containment action.<\/li>\n      <li>Within 14 days: a written final decision, including any takedown, account suspension or escalation to law enforcement.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>5. Retaliation protection<\/h2>\n    <p>We never retaliate against good-faith reporters, even if the report turns out to be inaccurate. Reporters acting in bad faith (knowingly false reports to harm another user) may themselves face enforcement action.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>6. Law-enforcement cooperation<\/h2>\n    <p>We cooperate with regulators, financial-intelligence units and law enforcement wherever we are legally compelled, and voluntarily where human safety is at risk. We publish an annual transparency report at <a href=\"https:\/\/zunbitai.com\/pt\/transparency\/\">zunbitai.com\/transparency<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>7. Report scams &amp; phishing in the wild<\/h2>\n    <p>Seen a fake ZunBit AI site, Telegram group, Discord server, YouTube ad or recovery-scam? Send the URL to <a href=\"mailto:phishing@zunbitai.com\">phishing@zunbitai.com<\/a>. We work with Cloudflare, Google Safe Browsing, Microsoft SmartScreen and APWG to blacklist malicious domains, typically within hours.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>8. We will never\u2026<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Ask for your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or card PIN.<\/li>\n      <li>Call you from a non-corporate number.<\/li>\n      <li>Ask you to deposit crypto to &#8220;unlock&#8221; your account.<\/li>\n      <li>Promise a guaranteed profit or risk-free trade.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>9.
