International transfers<\/h2>\n    <p>Our primary infrastructure is in the EU (Frankfurt). Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA (for example, a US-based email vendor), we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional technical safeguards (encryption at rest and in transit) to protect your rights.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>7. Children<\/h2>\n    <p>ZunBit AI is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Automated decision-making<\/h2>\n    <p>Our risk-engine pause logic is automated but strictly rule-based, not profiling. It does not produce legal effects or significantly affect you in the sense of Article 22 GDPR \u2014 a pause simply halts further trading until you review and reactivate.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>12. Changes to this policy<\/h2>\n    <p>We review this policy at least annually. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
